We are getting our house organized, finding our way through French bureaucracy, visiting the local library, market, playgroup... here in Palaiseau (South of Paris)
Although it still feels more 'right' to me when I hear Yona speak Swedish, she's doing very well at school here. Learning French. But it will be even better for her when she's gonna be there longer days. And without as much interruptions because of visits to Belgium...
They have been quite numerous lately. And X-mas is still ahead. Don't get me wrong, we love to spend time in Belgium, still feels like the real 'homeland'. Especially if we can be there on Sint Nikolaas' visit. He is the one bringing gifts at night to all the (well behaving) children. Yona was very happy to find her shoe full of candy and toys on the 6th of December.
It's also great to spend time in Belgium and see our little nieces Norah and Marthe grow, grow, GROW! We're all excited to see what the house will look (and sound!) like in about a year or so. Right now it's still mostly cozy...
